Here at Moosehead we take great pride in the quality of merchandise we sell.
Return any product that has a defect and we will replace it and ship it back at no cost to you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES BY MAIL

RETURNS WITH ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days after the billing date. This merchandise will be credited to your account on which you have purchased the product. The shipping fee will not be reimbursed unless the product is defective.

DAMAGED GOODS

If you have received broken glass wear please return the package as is. Our address is on the top left hand corner of all packages. If the damage has affected the box please rewrap and send it to us. We will pay to reship the goods.

EXCHANGES WITH ORIGINAL RECEIPT

When ordering please make sure the size you are purchasing is correct. If we make an error on the sizing we will be glad to pay for the shipping .If the wrong size was ordered you will be charged for the shipping of the replacement.
